Silverman has transacted on more than $500 million dollars worth of commercial real estate, spanning 20+ million square feet nationwide. The other asset in the portfolio is located at the corner of 169th and Kennedy Avenue, near the Purdue University Hammond Campus. 902 Roby Drive is a three-tenant retail center with a drive-thru, located on an out pad to a high-traffic Walmart near the Horseshoe Hammond Casino, and directly visible from the Interstate 90 Chicago Skyway. The two properties are located at 2739 169th St.
